A native of Hawaii, Javin Hope attended Long Beach State University and University of Utah where she received her degree. Her career began in the Sports Fitness Industry before she transitioned into Sports Management. She found that she was constantly helping traded and newly signed athletes find real estate agents in other states to help them relocate. Javin saw an opportunity in this and has since devoted herself to a successful career in Real Estate.
After earning her real estate license, Spirit Of Aloha Realty Inc. was created as a full-service real estate boutique specializing in North Coastal San Diego. Javin Hope is an active member of North San Diego California Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® with a GRI designation from the Graduate REALTOR Institute, a CDPE Designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and CFS (Certified Foreclosure Specialist). Recently just added a Hawaii Real Estate license to her portfolio and is actively helping some of her clients find their vacation homes on the Islands.
Javin, also is an active philanthropist, helping the young and underprivileged by bringing her leadership talents to the assistance of numerous organizations. Subscribing to the ideals of volunteerism and giving back to the community, Javin truly enjoys her role in community involvement. Currently, Javin is an REO Broker for three different Financial Institutions and has been listing/selling Foreclosed properties directly for several Banks. Also she is very involved in the Commercial Real Estate market as well . As a result of her outstanding real estate commitments and performances in the San Diego community and an updated education for the market times, she has recently been fortunate enough to created her own RE/MAX team: Javin Hope and Associates! She has brought 2 new young and successful Realtors on as her Buyer Associates. Presently, the Team is on FIRE with lots of Commercial Business transactions and Residential Real Estate files.

Shirin Kouhkan began her real estate career as an intern for Javin Hope at RE/MAX Associates for two years. For the past year, she has represented Spirit of Aloha Realty and Javin Hope as a Buyer’s Associate. Along with Shirin’s internship at RE/MAX, she worked at Grubb Ellis/Bre Commercial to learn about the Commercial Real Estate industry. She is also a Licensed Notary Public and Certified Foreclosure Specialist. She is currently working on her Hawaii real estate license.
Shirin graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate. During college, she was an active member of the Real Estate Society, Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, and Delta Sigma Pi Co-ed Business Fraternity. She grew up in Palm Springs, CA and has always been interested in pursuing a career in Real Estate.
When Shirin is not busy working for her clients, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel, especially to see her family in Dubai and Iran. Along with Javin, Shirin participates with many volunteer organizations like the American Cancer Society, Marshall Faulk Foundation, and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Tala Bayat is currently obtaining her B.A. degree in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego after getter her AA degree from Santa Monica College and transferring from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is currently active in the Marshall Mentor Program, UCSD Persian club and an intern for the Public Affairs Alliance of Iranian Americans (PAAIA), in addition to interning for Javin Hope at RE/MAX Distinctive Properties.
Tala has a plethora of knowledge in the Real Estate industry growing up in a family of Real Estate agents, volunteering at Coldwell Banker as a receptionist/assistant, and assisting in the management of apartment homes owned and managed by Bayat Properties in the greater Los Angeles area.
She is currently working for RE/MAX and Associates as a marketing assistant in Del Mar in addition to working with Javin Hope and Associates as the administrative marketing director of real estate advertising. Tala utilizes social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, LinkedIn, and WordPress. She also is currently assisting with the preparation of contracts and through using the MLS system which helps clients find the home of their dreams in addition to consistently updating clietns of properties as they go on the market.
